• Owner has appealed against six-month disqualification • Five-hour hearing ends with no comment from principal parties Harry Findlay, the prominent owner and professional gambler, will discover tomorrow whether he has been successful in his appeal against a six-month ban from the sport, imposed by the British Horseracing Authority’s disciplinary Panel last month. Findlay did not comment to reporters as he left a five-hour appeal hearing at the BHA’s offices in High Holborn, London, this afternoon. Findlay, who represented himself in the initial hearing last month, was represented yesterday by the barrister Roderick Moore , a specialist in sports disciplinary hearings, and a solicitor
